The BD70522GUL is a low power buck type of DC/DC converter that is very highly efficient and uses a very low quiescent current while in operation. When not in operation, it only consumes about 180nA of quiescent current. The BD83070GWL can support up to 500mA of output current while keeping the efficiency higher than 95% from low to high output current and at a very low current of 10µA, it still provides up to 90% of efficiency. The output voltage of BD70522GUL can be set at any of the 9 different output voltages from 1.2V to 3.3V using three different V select pins. The BD70522GUL comes in a small CSP package in order to reduce the board area required during design.
