The BU33UV7NUX is a boost type of DC/DC converter. This converter is very highly efficient and uses a very low quiescent current while in operation. When not switching, the BU33UV7NUX only consumes about 7µA of quiescent current in Fixed PFM mode and about 13µA when in Auto-PFM or PWM mode. The BU33UV7NUX can support up to 500mA of output current while keeping the efficiency higher than 95% from low to high output current and at low current of 1mA it provides higher than 91% efficiency. The output voltage of the BU33UV7NUX is set at 3.3V and it can operate properly down to 0.6V once it has started at 0.9V and above.
