Product List
The evolution to TLynx was heralded by four significant changes. First, the pins were removed and the package migrated to a Power-LGA with solder pads. This allowed TLynx to retain co-planarity while offering lower cost, lower parasitics and improved thermal conductivity. Second, the switching frequency was increased which resulted in a miniaturization of the product. Next, Analog Devices moved to an innovative and highly robust “double decker” inductor design, allowing better cooling and space savings. Finally, the Tunable Loop feature was introduced which allows the user to optimize for product performance and lowest overall system cost.
