All IQ demodulators from Analog Devices are released and evaluation boards are available including the AD8366 VGA which is sampling as well. Shown here is the ADL5380 Evaluation board. The balun on the RF and LO ports (1:1) allows for a differential drive. The I and Q baseband outputs can either be taken differentially or looked at in a single ended manner with the 4:1 baluns.
