MCP1781 200 mA High-Voltage Automotive LDO Regulators

The Microchip Technology MCP1781 is a high-voltage, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed for automotive and industrial applications. It delivers up to 200 mA of output current with fixed output voltage options of 3.3 V and 5.0 V. Its wide input voltage range of 4.3 V to 55 V makes it suitable for 12 V to 48 V power rails and high-voltage battery packs.

This device is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments from -40°C to +150°C.
