TRV 1M Series High-Isolation DC/DC Converter | Datasheet Preview

This series of DC-to-DC converters are offered in a compact SIP-9 package with reinforced isolation of 5000 volts-AC, making them ideal for medical and industrial applications. A variety of models are available with input voltages ranging between 5 volts-DC and 24 volts-DC. All models have continuous short circuit protection, a low leakage current of less than 2 microamps, an efficiency up to 85%, and an operating temperature range from minus 40 to 85 degrees Celsius. This converter series provides a good level of regulation without impacting efficiency thanks to the semi-regulated outputs. These converters are well suitable for applications where a medical isolation system and short circuit protection is needed.
