The Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+ is the latest product in the Raspberry Pi 3 range. This Raspberry Pi model has the same mechanical footprint as the Raspberry Pi 1 Model A+. And similar to the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, this Pi variant features a 64-bit quad core processor running at 1.4 gigahertz, a dual-band 2.4 gigahertz and 5 gigahertz wireless LAN, and Bluetooth 4.2 BLE. The dual-band wireless LAN comes with modular compliance certification, which allows the board to be designed into end products with considerably reduced wireless LAN compliance testing, improving both cost and time to market. Other features include 512 megabytes of SDRAM, one full-size HDMI connector for video and audio support, SD card support, and more.
