Connectivity in Control Systems

This presentation will discuss connectivity for control applications and what TI is doing to help the customer take the next step with control applications, allowing them to be able to efficiently and easily implement connectivity. Different application spaces will be highlighted, and how TI is applying the C2000 family of devices to these applications. There will be a discussion of the system requirements in the control applications. The new Concerto device, which is the C2000’s new ARM® Cortex™-M3 that has an integrated C28x DSP, which brings Ethernet, USB, and CAN connectivity to these devices will be discussed in detail.
