Product List
After being in the Go-to-Sleep mode for the minimum hold time, the transceiver will enter Sleep mode. Sleep mode is the second level power saving mode of the transceiver. Sleep mode is entered via the Go-to-Sleep command. In Sleep mode the transceiver still behaves as described for Standby mode, however pin INH is now set to float. The TJA1041 is furthermore equipped with a built-in I/O-level adapter. By using the supply voltage at pin VI/O, the level adapter ratio-metrically scales the digital input thresholds for pins TXD, STB, and EN, and the high level output voltages for pins RXD and ERR. This allows the transceiver to directly interface with microcontrollers using supply voltages between 2.8 V and 5.25 V, without the need for glue logic.
