KEMET’s KPS-MCC high temperature capacitors combine C0G technology with a robust lead frame attachment process to provide a bulk capacitance solution for harsh environment applications. With operating temperatures up to 200°C and rated voltages of 2,000 V, these capacitors are well suited for defense and aerospace, down-hole, hybrid electric vehicle and industrial applications. Typical circuits include Switch mode power supplies, input and output filtering, snubbers, DC link, and resonator circuits.
