The FL-L family is sourced from XMC, China and is manufactured using the 65nm Floating Gate technology. These AEC-Q100 qualified devices with Uniform 4KB sector architecture deliver the highest performance even at an extended temperature range of -40C to 125C. The FL064L and FL256L are already in production; FL128L is currently sampling and transferring to mass production in Q2 2017.
