AQV25_G3 Series PhotoMOS® Relays

Panasonic's AQV25_G3 series high capacity PhotoMOS relays provide significantly increased load current in a compact DIP package along with a continuous load current of up to 3.5 A. The AQV25_G3 series features considerably improved specifications for use in place of mercury and mechanical relays. With 1FormA type contact arrangement and high capacity ratings, the AQV25_G3 series relays can be used in applications such as security equipment, fire-preventing systems, industrial machines, and HVAC applications such as thermostats.
