FMS Profibus messaging is an obsolete and discontinued protocol. It’s no longer supported for higher versions than V3.6. Moreover the PCU1500PFB (D/E/E3/F/F2) /
PCIE1500PFB have not been validated under V3.6. Thus, we strongly recommend to not using them under V3.6 for FMS / S5 for S7 / FDL messaging. In such case, no
support/assistance will be provided.
You need to install the 64 bits driver manually. Please prefer installing v4.0 SP2 version or upper
OPC server is available. No DDE server.
The Device Guard option must be disabled

Those cards are compatible Windows Vista and upper with the key CA0107 / CA0108.Please check it out with PCKEY.exe tool. If you can’t, please
be aware that PCU2000ETH with S/N lower than 582290, PCU1500PFB with S/N < 521624, PCU1500S7 with S/N < 531768 and PCU1000 with
S/N < 541304 were delivered without such key. You need to purchase an upgrade package (part number APP-UPG-CRD).
2. Limitations when upgrading legacy PCI card in Latest PC generation
When legacy PCI card is installed in latest PC generation (Multi-processor, Multi-core,..) there is a potential risk to meet hardware
incompatibly/issues (speed bus, timings..)
In case of such issue:
When possible, Molex highly recommends to replace the existing PCI card, and use our latest Network Interface Card (when
applicable) supporting Universal PCI 3.3/5V (ref. APP-xxx- PCU) or PCI Express 1x (ref. APP-xxx-PCIE) slot bus.
Molex cannot be held as responsible. You and not Molex or a Distributor assumes the entire cost of necessary servicing, repair,
purchasing or correction.
