Pulse Electronics, a YAGEO Company offers their PA4339 series of compact power line common mode chokes. Ideal for switch mode power supplies, this small form factor common mode choke series is designed in a 3.8 millimeter low-profile package, providing the most compact power line common mode choke on the market today. It’s capable of handling currents up to 9 amps-DC, and the compact design allows for a higher impedance per unit volume when compared to other chokes. The attenuation characteristics of this series suppresses common mode conducted noise. The series is offered in a compact SMT design ensuring that power density is maintained while reducing EMI. This series is well suited for low-voltage applications, operating at up to 9 amps-DC current.
