HE-PV Power Relays for Solar Inverter Applications | Datasheet Preview

Panasonic introduces the HE-PV series of compact power relays, designed for solar inverter applications. These relays contribute to energy saving in devices, thanks to a reduced coil hold voltage that can be reduced 40% from the nominal coil voltage and still operate. The HE-PV series has a 1 Form A contact arrangement and has high current switching capacity up to 90 amps AC maximum. This relay offers a small size, large switching capacity, and a large, 3 mm contact gap. The small size of the Panasonic HE-PV relays allow for easier design and a low power consumption of only 1.92 W. This relay is compliant with both the VDE0126 European Photovoltaic Standard and the EN61810-1 Standard for a 2.5 kilowatt surge breakdown voltage between contacts.
