Microchip SAM L10/11 Family of ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCUs | DigiKey Daily

Microchip presents the industry’s first Arm Cortex-M23 microcontrollers, the SAM L10 and SAM L11, with chip-level robust security features. The SAM L11 features Arm TrustZone technology, which is a programmable environment that provides hardware isolation between certified libraries, IP, and application code. Additionally, Microchip enables robust security by including chip-level tamper resistance, secure boot, and secure key storage that, when combined with TrustZone technology, protects customer applications from both remote and physical attacks. These two microcontroller families also offer capacitive touch capability with best-in-class water tolerance and noise immunity. Furthermore, Microchip utilizes proprietary picoPower technology to provide industry-leading low-power consumption in active and all sleep modes. Ideal applications for these MCUs include IoT and security, energy harvesting, remote controls, and more.
