Infineon BTS7008-2EPA Power Switch | DigiKey Daily

Infineon Technologies' BTS7008-2EPA is a 12 V, smart, high-side power switch. It is in Infineon’s PROFET+2 family of single-, dual-, and quad-channel protected high-side power switches. The switches provide state of the art diagnostics and protection features against over temperature, overload, reverse battery with ReverSave™, and over voltage. The family offers outstanding energy efficiency with 50% reduced current consumption, current sense accuracy of 5% at nominal current, and benchmark low cranking voltage capability down to 3.1 V. This switch is especially suited for capacitive loads such as halogen bulbs and LED modules.
