Diodes BCR4xxUQ Series LED Current Regulators | DigiKey Daily

Diodes offers their simple-to-use BCR4xxUQ series of automotive constant current regulators. These LED current regulators have settable currents ranging from 10 milliamps to 350 milliamps. With no need for external components to run at pre-set currents, this family of current regulators offers simplicity of application. However, for greater design flexibility, they can be adjusted up to 100 milliamps, 200 milliamps or 350 milliamps, depending on part number, using an external resistor. And for dimming and fade-in and fade-out effects, the devices are PWM compatible, up to 25 kilohertz. These current regulators feature a wide input supply voltage ranging from 1.4 volts to 40 volts. Ideal wide-ranging automotive applications include instrument cluster illumination, interior lighting, turn signals and rear cluster lighting.
