Bosch’s BME680 is an integrated environmental sensor, providing humidity, temperature, pressure, and gas measurements in a compact package designed for mobile, wearable, IoT nodes, and other battery-powered devices. The combination of sensors can be used for GPS enhancement, indoor navigation, and more, and the gas sensor detects a broad range of VOCs can directly output indoor air quality index values with other measurements over its serial interface. The BME680 operates from 1.71 to 3.6 V supply, and can support IO voltages down to 1.2 V using a separate supply, with low active and sleep currents and fast response times to minimize power consumption.
