Analog Devices – ADGM1144 | Datasheet Preview

The Analog Devices ADGM1144 is a DC to 18 gigahertz wideband, single-pole, four-throw MEMS switch. The Analog Devices MEMs switching technology enables a small form factor, wide RF bandwidth, highly linear, low insertion loss switch that is operational down to 0 hertz. An integrated driver chip generates a high voltage to electrostatically actuate the switch that can be controlled by a parallel interface and a serial peripheral interface. All four switch channels in the ADGM1144 are independently controllable through a simple and flexible complementary metal-oxide semiconductor, low voltage transistor to transistor logic-compliant parallel interface. The ADGM1144 has integrated ten megaohm resistors required for floating node avoidance, saving board space. The ADGM1144 can also be daisy-chained together to enable the configuration of multiple devices with a minimal number of digital lines.
