MicroSemi PolarFire Evaluation Kit | DigiKey Daily

The MicroSemi PolarFire Evaluation Kit is ideally suited for high-speed transceiver evaluation. The eval kit is based on a cost optimized, low-power 300K LE PolarFire FPGA with 12.7 Gbps transceivers, 1.6 Gbps I/Os, DDR4, DDR3, and SPI Flash memories, a x4 PCIe edge connector, dual gigabit ethernet connectors, and an SFP+ cage. The board includes a high pin count FPGA mezzanine card connector with 8 full duplex transceiver lanes and 80 differential pairs. The PolarFire FPGA family includes multiple security features and is based on Microsemi’s low-leakage Flash-based architecture for very low static power, and a unique Flash*Freeze mode for best-in-class standby power.
