Hands-On with Industry 4.0 Using the Raspberry Pi and the Arduino Platforms – Day 2
Wireless sensing technologies are used to obtain performance data from automated machines non-invasively. The ESP8266 microcontroller has wireless capability that can allow such information to be transmitted over a WiFi network. Participants will learn how to construct a concept ESP8266-Arduino test circuit to demonstrate an Industry 4.0 approach to sensing light levels.
