WE-TGFG: Graphite Foam Gaskets

Würth Elektronik’s WE-TGFG graphite foam gasket is designed for use in applications where the traditional thermal interface materials (TIM) cannot reach

Image of Würth Elektronik’s WE-TGFG: Graphite Foam Gaskets Würth Elektronik's WE-TGFG series are thermally conductive synthetic graphite foam gaskets. The WE-TGFG is a synthetic graphite layer wrapped around a core of foam. Placing the graphite around a foam core provides vertical conductivity to a horizontal heat spreader. The graphite foam gasket comprises four main components: acrylic film, graphite layer, adhesive layer, and heat resistant foam. The WE-TGFG is designed to be used in applications where the traditional TIM cannot reach.
