M24M01E-F 1 Mbit I²C EEPROM in S08N Package

Thanks to a state-of-the-art EEPROM process, STMicroelectronics' 1 Mbit EEPROM S08N package is now available for integration into the e-metering modules, industrial, and server applications. The software configurable device address register allows and makes multiple EEPROM insertions on a same I²C bus easier. This product proposes a space to store definitively sensitive application parameters thanks to the identification page. Clock frequency up to 1 MHz helps to reduce module wake-up and communication time. Programming time has been reduced to 4 ms for faster data storage. Additionally, this design embeds just five activated pins over eight for a PCB cost reduction. Based on the advanced 110 nm process, this product significantly reduces power consumption.
