Stackpole's HMC chip resistors are thick film, high resistance value chip resistors
Stackpole Electronics' HMC series of thick film, high resistance value chip resistors extends Stackpole’s available resistance value range for a standard thick film chip up to 1G ohms. The HMC utilizes high resistance value films and high speed thick film processes to provide a resistor with a very high resistance value, at low cost. The HMC is an ideal choice for applications requiring high resistance values and low cost where tight tolerance and low TCRs are less important. Those applications include voltage dividers for power supplies, green energy, gas detection, power supplies, and lighting applications.
