Pulse Electronics', a YAGEO Company, selection of Pulsejack ICMs offers data rates from 1 gigabit to 2.5 gigabits supporting IEEE802.3at and the latest IEEE802.3bt standards. The design offers a one-component solution and offers superior EMC as the entire magnetic portion is confined within the RJ45 and its surrounding shield. The large cavity allows for up to 1 A to be supported without overheating, and the package size enables over 8 mm separation between the 12 signal pins and the PoE supply pins. This allows for easy PCB routing, and the four-pair option can be sited for both power supply (PSU) and terminal (PD) equipment.
