RSB5 Subminiature Push Button Force Sensors
Loadstar’s RSB5 subminiature load cells are small load cells with accuracy and stability for compression (push) force measurement
Loadstar’s RSB5 mini load cells are available in 10 lb, 50 lb, and 100 lb capacities. With diameters of about 10 mm and heights as low as 3.5 mm, these subminiature load cells can be used in applications where space is limited. For example, RSB5 load cells can measure the clamping force applied when attaching a heat sink to a microprocessor. These force sensors can be purchased standalone or as a kit to work with a PC, PLC, or data acquisition systems.
The base output from these load cells is about 1.5 mV/V with an overall accuracy class of ±0.5% of full scale.
The RSB5 load cell is equivalent to the Honeywell Model 13 sub-miniature load cell and the Wika model F1222 load cell.
