KARBN Pattern Safety Helmets

Klein Tools' premium KARBN safety helmets are engineered for optimal safety, comfort, and fit. The compact helmet design and unique features allow the user to comfortably work in confined spaces and in a variety of demanding environments. With work-at-height safety in mind, these helmets have an integrated chin strap and have been tested for top, side, front and back impact, penetration, and lateral deformation. The compact and lightweight design paired with an ultra-comfortable six-point suspension system enhances stability and long-term comfort in confined spaces or at-height applications.

These safety helmets are stylish and modern with durable hydro-dipped KARBN pattern polymer film on PC/ABS composite.

• Proprietary accessory mounts on the front and back ensure Klein headlamps and other accessories attach securely and precisely every time with no straps or zip ties needed
• Six-point suspension and detachable chin strap provide improved stability and a secure fit when the head is tilted
• Breathable, padded, sweat-wicking, machine washable sweatband and top-pad improve comfort with advanced evaporative technology; simply wet and shake for hours of cooling
• Easy, one-handed adjustment, even with gloves on, using a large knob ratchet mechanism and a soft neck pad that pivots to clear bandana knots and ponytails
• The unique suspension system features a flexible open-frame design to provide optimal fit and improved air circulation
• Detachable four-point padded chin strap for a comfortable secure fit
• Universal accessory slots on both sides for attaching hearing protection, a face shield, and more
• Front/back/side impact tested per EN12492:2012-4.2.1.2, 4.2.1.3, 4.2.1.4 clauses
