CL18875 Modular PCB Storage Rack

The Cliff Electronics CL18875 (also known as CL PC01, PC 01C) anti-static, modular PCB storage rack is designed specifically for handling and protecting printed circuit boards during various production processes. It safely stores up to 36 unpopulated or 18 populated PCBs (15 mm to 290 mm width) during assembly, cleaning, inspection, and testing stages.

This PCB storage rack has a modular design that allows stacking and can be combined into larger rack systems for efficient workflow and handling. It is constructed from conductive plastic to maintain ESD safety, protecting sensitive ICs and components throughout the production process. The CL18875 includes wall brackets and handles, enabling both fixed storage and easy transport within production areas. It operates up to +85°C, melting at +140°C, making it suitable for environments that may require brief heat exposure (e.g., wash cycles).

The CL18875 is ideal for electronic manufacturing environments, particularly for ESD-safe PCB storage, interstage PCB transport, cleanroom and heat-tolerant processes, and scalable and adaptable production rack systems.
