Image of KEMET Commercial Grade LDE Series SMD Chip Film Capacitor KEMET's polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) film capacitor for surface mounting meets the demanding Automotive Electronics Council’s AEC-Q200 qualifications requirements. The LDE series is a general-purpose series designed for high reliability and high-temperature service. It is not suitable for across-the-line application. Typical applications include filtering, timing, bypassing, and coupling.

  • Climatic category: 55/125/56
  • RoHS compliant and lead-free terminations
  • Operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C
  • Automotive (AEC-Q200) grades available
