This series is based on SiTime's proprietary NanoDrive technology. These devices are ideally suited for tuning fork crystal replacement in space-constrained designs. Optimized for the wearable, IoT, and consumer solutions, these devices provide a temperature stabilized alternative to tuning fork crystal-based timing, while eliminating the oscillator loop capacitors, saving significant surface area, complexity, and frequency variation over temperature.

ASTMK Series - Features
  • Factory programmable output frequency: 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz
  • Available in two ultra-miniature packages:
    • 2.0 mm x 1.2 mm x 0.6 mm (SMD)
    • 1.54 mm x 0.84 mm x 0.6 mm (CSP)
  • Supply voltage:
    • 1.2 V to 3.63 V (-10°C ~ +70°C)
    • 1.5 V to 3.63 V (-40°C ~ +85°C)
  • Ultra-low current consumption: 1.4 μA max. (core current, no load)
  • Frequency stabilities include:
    • ±75 ppm over -10°C to +70°C
    • ±100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C
  • Internal power supply filtering eliminates external bypass capacitor for VDD port
  • High-performance MEMS technology by SiTime
  • Proprietary NanoDrive technology by SiTime enables programmable output swing for lower power

  • Frequency stabilities include: ±5 ppm, ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm over 0°C to +70°C and -40°C to +85°C
  • Internal power supply filtering eliminates external bypass capacitor for VDD port
