Introduction

This page will show you step-by-step how to program an ESP32 device to Digi-Key IoT Studio.

  • 240 MHz dual core Tensilica LX6 microcontroller with 600 DMIPS

  • Integrated 520 KB SRAM

  • Integrated 802.11b/g/n HT40 Wi-Fi transceiver, baseband, stack and LWIP

  • Integrated dual mode Bluetooth (classic and BLE)

  • 12 x ADC input channels

  • 4 MByte flash

  • On-board PCB antenna

  • Ultra-low noise analog amplifier

  • Hall sensor

  • 10x capacitive touch interface

  • 32 kHz crystal oscillator

IoT Agent installed on your local computer.  Please follow this link to the Digi-Key Tech Forum for details on how to set this up.

Example Project

In this example, we are setting up a 1 second Interval to toggle a gpio pin:


Programming Device


From the Upper Right, Click:

  • Save
  • Compile
  • Program


Select Serial Port

Wait for Programming to complete
